Sadly, a large, deceased dog was left “hidden” in a black trash bag behind the gazebo in Clear Brook City Park which is located off Blackhawk Blvd and Scarsdale Blvd. The animal was found Monday morning as crews were cleaning the park. The dog was carefully placed at the curb for Harris County Animal Services to humanely pick him up.

CBC MUD is currently reviewing camera video for pictures of who committed this horrendous, senseless act. A police report has been filed with the Harris County Constables. CBC MUD is offering a $1000 reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person who committed this outrageous crime.

Contact Harris County Constable Cpt. Marco Leal at 713-855-6154 with any information.
