The offices of Clear Brook City MUD will be closed Tuesday, December 24, 2019 and Wednesday, December 25, 2019 , in observance of the Christmas holiday. We will re-open for regular business hours on Thursday, December 26, 2019, at 8 a.m.
For customer convenience, check or money order payments may be left in the drop box located on the drive-thru window side of the building. NO CASH will be accepted in the drop box.
Clear Brook City MUD District Residents receiving trash services on Tuesday and Friday, will have regular trash pick-up on Christmas Eve, Tuesday, December 24, 2019.
We are currently working on rehabilitating the existing Sanitary Sewer Service connections in your area. This work is being done to rebuild and improve the sanitary sewer systems in your neighborhood. We will be smoke testing the sewer lines will begin on November 5, 2019 AT 9:00 AM. This will help to identify any potential points of inflow and infiltration in the public portion of the sanitary sewer system. The contractor will place a front door hanger reminder at your home 48 hours before testing will begin in your area.
Smoke will be added to the sewer manholes. You may see white smoke coming out of your roof vents. Do not be alarmed as this is normal. The smoke is nontoxic and will disappear rapidly without leaving an odor. If smoke enters your house, please open the windows to allow for ventilation. The smoke will clear within a few minutes.
The Clear Brook City MUD will hold a public hearing on a proposed tax rate for the tax year 2019 on October 16, 2019 at 7:30 p.m. at 11911 Blackhawk, Houston, Texas 77089. Your individual taxes may increase or decrease, depending on the change in the taxable value of your property in relation to the change in taxable value of all other property and the tax rate that is adopted.

Customer’s requesting a copy of monthly statement or school letter for registration will need to contact the office. Please allow 24 hours from time of request for processing as these are in high demand. The account holder on file will need to be the one that requests this information and will also need to be the one who picks up the document. At time of pick up, account holder will need to provide proper identification in order for office to release this information.
